Shipping Status (please read!)

The Enigma box, as you already know, is a very complex project. Months of preparations, numerous manufacturers, many components that need to be assembled correctly, different translations, sizes, numbers etc. We are doing our best to organize shipment in the safest, most convenient way and it does take time.
Current status of shipment
The first wave was shipped last week and, at the moment, we don't know when exactly the 2nd wave is going to be on its way. We are monitoring the whole progress (tracking numbers, dealing with potential errors, custom duties etc.) of the 1st wave and would like to be sure that everything goes fine before dispatching the 2nd lot (that includes the App and some other tech components).
So then...During this week around 100 lucky backers in the US will receive the Enigma Box Deluxe!
Please note: If you haven't received a tracking number from DHL this is because your box hadn´t been dispatched yet.
What happens next
here will be 4 or 5 waves in total and, as mentioned in one of the previous updates, we are starting with the farthest locations from our warehouse. The waves will be spread over a few weeks eg.: if you live in Europe you should expect your box being dispatched in 2-3 weeks at the earliest. Dividing the whole shipment into a few waves is giving us confidence of being able to control the entire process and deal with occurring incidents immediately. DHL are very professional and we trust they will do a great job, but we cannot guarantee any delivery dates, it is not down to us once the boxes are dispatched. So, if you are worried that the delivery of your box takes too long or looking for the exact delivery day, please refer to your tracking number and contact DHL directly.
The App
Very soon you will receive an email with your login details. Only with that info you will be able to successfully log into the App. Accessing the App will allow you to see some 360° scenarios and a few other features but, because the App is only a part of the game, it will only work fully with the box.

Hi,
To all backers who are about to receive The Enigma Box:
1. Please, take your time to READ and READ again and learn the manuals: “Enigma Box: Learn to play” and “Game Levels”. Understanding the unique style of this game, how the elements (VR, Riddles, Map etc) work and how to use them in an optimal way- are going to make the whole experience more enjoyable and rewarding (and faster!)
2. We will send you an email with the instructions on how to access the App. You can download the App on your mobile here: http://www.theenigmabox.com/get_app
3. Within the App you are going to find a guide in which you will find solutions to all scenarios (in about a month). It will take you, step by step, through the riddles, explaining the clues and giving you ready answers in case you get stuck. It might be extremely tempting to look at the guide in order to speed up the game, but it would spoil the whole experience for you. So be brave, open your mind, call all your mental forces and try to play the game without the clues as much as you can. We believe in your skills, you can do it ;).
So then..it is time now to: THINK. DISCOVER. TRY NEW THINGS. ENJOY!
IMPORTANT
(1): It is ok with us if you want to publish some pictures of the game, but please, bear in mind, that asking too many detailed questions might spoil the game for the rest of the backers. Therefore, if you have any questions, please write us at: [email protected]
(2): We are NOT going to answer any questions on how to solve the riddles and we will not be giving you any clues. Sounds tough, but otherwise we would be drowning in tons of questions every day. Also, we would like you guys to challenge yourselves in the most possible way before you seek help. So keep trying and don't give up easily. In about a month we will publish a file with all answers and videos with solutions, but it will be entirely up to you whether you use it or not.

The App login info
Next week all our backers will receive an email with the login details. Only with that info you will be able to successfully log into the App. Once logged in you would be able to see some 360° scenarios and a few other features but, because the App is just a part of the game, therefore it would be fully functioning only with the box.

Last Friday we hosted a small Enigma box party

Last Friday in Madrid we hosted a small Enigma box party. Some of you managed to pop in despite of huge heatwave hitting Madrid on that day (43° C). Thank you guys for coming, very appreciated!
A few backers were very lucky to take their Delux boxes home with them, the rest enjoyed tasting riddles, VR experience and, of course, beer ;)
It was a pleasure to meet you all and we hope you had fun!
The lucky backers who received their boxes have already been cracking the enigmas and codes. But, to make things fair for other backers, we asked them kindly to keep things quiet until the first wave is on its way...

ENIGMA BOX SHIPMENT PARTY

We will begin shipping the boxes at the end of this week or beginning of the next one at the latest. If you can't wait and happen to be in Madrid on Friday, August 3 (18:00-20:00*) do come and meet us at C/Gandía, 1 (Madrid - Spain) . You will have an opportunity to test the Enigma box game, check its quality and have a chat over a beer! If you backed Delux box in English version you would be able to take your box home! All backers (Standard, Delux and all language versions) are more than welcome!
For those backers who won't be lucky enough to be able to join us at our little 'Beginning of the Enigma box shipment ' event we will take some cool photos and publish them online.
You will receive your DHL tracking number by email. Using that number you will be able to check the status of your parcel and estimated delivery date.
IMPORTANT! If you are planning to be away during August and you think that you might miss the delivery of your box email us as soon as possible at: [email protected] or otherwise we cannot guarantee that your box arrives on time.
You will soon receive an email with the info on how to login into our App, but in the meantime you can start downloading the following Apps on your mobile:
