Hi!

To all who have doubts about our campaign.. Despite of being new on market, we managed to fund our campaign on KS very quickly with support of many backers. 

They all trust in us, and we are working extremely hard to deliver the great product we have promised. Introducing a new concept very often raises suspicions and premature criticism, mostly from competing businesses or generally from people who enjoy doing such things. After all what proof do they have we are scam? 

We always answer all questions very quickly and answers are detailed, claryfing most of doubts backers might have. We published the videos and pictures of the real product you pay money for. 

And most importantly, we have started sending out our Christmas gifts, before receiving any money from KS. We pay for them with our own money so our backers get their gift on time. We are doing exactly what we have promised, investing our own finances in this campaign, demonstrating that we are real people behind a real project, able to deliver a real product.

A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment. Here's a quick rundown:  

First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).  

Second, we have to find out what rewards and add-ons you want and where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information. We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. 

The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.  

Some of you will be getting a survey right away so that we can send you a Christmas card. The rest of you will get your surveys after the 2 week period. Apologies for any confusion. We're doing this so we can send Christmas cards out ASAP.  

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)  

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me. For those of you receiving a survey early, please fill out your address in the next 72 hours to receive a Christmas card. We will be mailing them ASAP. 

You will still get a chance to make changes to your order down the line — this first round is just to get addresses for X-mas cards.

This would never be possible without your support! 

We are going to work extremely hard to give you an amazing experience; and this is only going to be a beginning of an incredible journey.  

Tomorrow all our backers, who pledged Christmas Gift or Deluxe Edition, will receive a survey to fill in. You will be asked to provide the address you would like your Christmas gift being sent to. 

Please do it as soon as possible, Christmas is approaching very fast and we would like everyone to receive their gift on time.  

During first week of January 2018 all backers will receive the final survey, in which you will provide us with all needed information, and with which you will be able to purchase more boxes, addons and extensions.
